Workshops

Workshops are designed for spiritual growth and healing. My focus is on Reiki Levels 1,2,&3, Stress Management, Four Agreements, Forgiveness Counseling and Finding Your Soul's Purpose.  

Healing Sessions

Healing Sessions include a hands-on approach centered around wellness and healing. Sessions include: Cranio-sacral Therapy, Reiki, White Light Healing, Healing Hikes and Grief Counseling.

Group Discussions

Open, informal group discussions focusing on a range of topics including Untethering Your Soul and The Four Agreements. I also offer Meditation Nights and Open Book Discussion.
